Project Info: These requests are in support of the Member Portal Enhancement Projects. They include supporting Member e-Communications, Member Services, and improvement in our Claims, Deductible, and Benefit Projects. Additionally there will be some support in reviewing historical defects and working with business and develop teams to identify issues and support development of new documents. Requirements: · Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background. · 3-6 years of direct Business Analyst experience

Top Skills: 1. I would like someone with experience working on complex technical projects 2. Experience with Portal or Web related projects would be nice to have 3. Looking for someone who can analyze issues and make recommendations for solutions. 4. Blue Print experience nice to have. Responsibilities: Main role will be business analysis. Working with the project manager to ensure business requirements are collected, documented and reviewed with the technical teams to ensure development is completed in a manner consistent with the business requirements. This resource will also work with QA team to define testing execution, and approve the final results of testing. Support will be needed from this resource as the Initiative is moved to production, and some post release testing may be required. Additional ad hoc testing in production may also be requested to support other initiatives.
