Customer Service Engineer

About this job
Day-to-Day work Support the Asset Forfeiture Customer Service Center (CSC) by performing the following duties: -Provide first level phone support for CATS end users and internal staff -Records all inquiries and resolutions in Remedy help desk system -Monitors and tracks inquiries forwarded to Tier 2 support for resolution -Resolves Consolidated Asset Tracking Systems questions -Manages administrative tasks -Must be detailed oriented -Supports the CSC Manger to accomplish new project initiatives and administrative tasks Additional Requirements -At least 4 years of experience -Detail oriented and must be able to think independently -Ability to track and monitor tasks to completion -Excellent decision making and problem solving skills -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must have a “Do What Ever it takes” attitude -Work schedule hours will range between 8 am and 6 pm -Must have excellent communication skills and be very comfortable using Microsoft office products. ONLY US Citizens No Exceptions -Must pass a DOJ Minimal Background Investigation, MBI, Level 5 background investigation. Valid EQIP JPAS transfers acceptable -Project Location, NE, Washington, DC (Red Line-Union Station) -2 year College degree a plus -GSA requirement High School Diploma with 2 years relevant experience
