· 5+ years Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS)
· Experience with FICO Blaze Advisor
• Strong strategic vision
• Strong understanding of Java or.NET
• Strong understanding of SOA, EJB, Web Services, XML and SOAP
• Experience working within the guidelines of a software design
· Methodology
• Working knowledge of Rule Development Lifecycles
• Ability to manage multiple client projects with other responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience performing knowledge transfer and training for clients
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred
• Exposure to Analytics and Optimization a plus
