#4664 Sr. IT Tactical Analyst Owings Mills, Maryland Duration : FULL TIME     QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in direct analysis and reporting experience, or equivalent total directly related work experience. Individual must be a self- starter and able to work with little to no direct supervision. The individual must exhibit a good working knowledge of strategy, organization, and process within a company context with a focus on information technology issues. Working knowledge of methodologies, system development, budgeting issues, project management, and information technology performance metrics is required.   Skills: Facilitation and presentation skills are required. Other requirements are interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including EXCEL and Power Point), Internet browsers and project management tools. Must be technologically experienced in office equipment/computers.   Preferred: College Degree in IT or related field, Healthcare & Healthcare IT experience, consulting background; MBA Preferred.
