Responsibilities: Directs activities with senior Technical & Operational Support (TOS) management and TOS colleagues to translate corporate/functional business and information objectives into TOS financial/strategic/tactical business plans.  Conduct research; consult with all levels of management and colleagues within and outside the TOS Organization to develop and present executive level presentations.Collaborate with the finance department and various functional managers to ensure TOS operational budgets are properly estimated and controlled. Develop complex financial models; conduct complex financial analysis and develop reporting to senior IT management; provide overall financial recommendations; develop and implement controls and measurements to monitor progress against IT?s financial plan.Collaborate with senior TOS management, Finance Department and other TOS management/colleagues to translate corporate/functional business and information objectives into an TOS financial/strategic/tactical business plan.  Acts as general contractor within the TOS organization to consult and develop appropriate support for TOS centric projects; integrate activities with business units, corporate departments, and TOS departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of project efforts.Collaborate with senior TOS management, Finance Department and other TOS management/colleagues to ensure TOS operational budgets are properly estimated and controlled. Develop complex financial models; conduct complex financial analysis and reporting to Senior TOS management; provide overall financial recommendations; develop and implement controls and measurements to monitor progress against the TOS financial plan.Consult within the TOS organization to integrate activities with business units, corporate departments, and TOS departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of project efforts.Direct execution of multiple TOS centric projects, leading special projects spanning across the TOS Division, including, but not limited to:Development of TOS annual plan in accordance with Corporate planning scheduleDevelopment of TOS Strategic and tactical plan for Vendor management and TOS Temp Services processVendor management efforts pertaining to sourcingSubcontracting and vendor evaluation studies pertaining to the TOS organizationDevelop efficient and effective solutions to implement new technologies and work processesDrive process reengineering efforts through cooperation and coordination within TOS Applications, TOS Business Ops and TOS Operations.Responsible for development of corporate TOS standards and policies to ensure compatibility and integration throughout the company. Responsible for TOS contract terms & conditions including tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Negotiating TOS centric contracts; leading teams in TOS RFP/RFQ processes.Facilitate communication between all key TOS groups and the customer community through creation of TOS Metrics & Status reporting mechanisms (TOS Dashboard; monthly reporting; quarterly reporting) and participation in meetings. Qualifications: This position requires a BS or equivalent technical training and a minimum of 8-10 years experience of IT and business experience in strategic planning, This position requires familiarity in information security, configuration management, networking, databases, systems operations and applications and extensive knowledge of financial management.  This position requires strong strategic and tactical planning and organizing skills.  The incumbent must also possess strong problem analysis skills and be decisive as well as flexible.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.  Ability to present and discuss technical and non-technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.  Possess strong management, business planning, and development skills.  Demonstrates solid teamwork and an ability to communicate and persuade peers and management at all levels; and thrive in a cross-functional environment.  Additionally, the incumbent must have the ability to identify priorities and achieve results with a sense of urgency.  Experience in project management and execution of multiple projects, with working knowledge of applications development lifecycle.Demonstrated leadership experience, during which two or more of the following occurred:Successfully developed and implemented new technologies and work processesdemonstrated high competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects.Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.Preferred:An MBA degree is preferred.
