Required:TIBCO BusinessWorks;Preferred:TIBCO BusinessConnectTIBCO BusinessEventsUnix   Responsibilities:Design and develop applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents and BusinessConnect that support dynamic and growing business enabling expansion of partner and vendor integration into seamless business process.Candidate will be responsible for applications that are customer-facing, B2B in nature and have critical market impacts demanding consumer-oriented design and strict SLAs. Complexity is heightened by the federation of business rules across multiple components.Responsibilities also include but not limited to:• Define highly complex technical services needed by the applications that are unique to the client.• Ensure that the applications are designed for performance.• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to performance guidelines.• Defines core reusable assets that support the long-term strategic business.• Looks for reuse opportunities, abstractions, and patterns across classes and components.• Work across teams with multiple technologies at the enterprise level integrating departments and / or business partners; complete or review technical designs.Qualifications:This position requires experience in service oriented architecture systems, integration of the systems on different platforms, excellent knowledge of data modeling, object modeling, and system performance optimization. This position also requires experience in project management, programmer analyst or web developer, enterprise integration and software development life cycle. Candidate must be able to work independently, assist team members in their development strategies, prepare reports to track progress as required, conduct training, and prepare training materials as required. Candidate should have good organizational and documentation skills, superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present technical terminology to internal clients of all levels and external vendors.Required:This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or related IT field OR equivalent experience. Must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level systems and/or applications and/or B2B application design, development and tuning, as well as with database design and access, and familiarity with networking fundamentals.Abilities/Skills:• Strong background in TIBCO Business works, TIBCO Business Connect, TIBCO Business Events, MQSeries and TIBCO adapters, interactive Unix-based systems, JMS queues, ANSI X12, HIPAA Compliance Tools, Websphere development, Parasoft, Systinet and Amberpoint.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex analysis.• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.• Ability to perform complex analysis, and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Exceptional problem-solving skills are essential.• Strong oral and written communications skills.• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, customer areas, and peers.• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership experience is necessary
